Why go out of town and spend time thinking about what could go wrong, and what the damage would be by the time you returned? Costly damage can occur from things such as plumbing leaks, HVAC unit malfunction or pest infestation. There are over 1400 systems and components to a home. We provide professional services that ensure your home is functioning properly while you are away and you do not return home to an unwelcome surprise.

Home watch is ideal for someone who owns a vacation/winter home, travels often, or is a busy investor. Our services allow you to remain in control of your home, even while you are away!
Customize your package!
- We manage unoccupied or occupied properties
- We offer weekly, tri-monthly, bi-monthly and one time visits
- We provide supervision of your home to ease the concerns such as HVAC failures, plumbing leaks, pest infestation, mold & mildew and uncountable other issues
- Pictures are taken to show any issues that may need to be addressed. A picture of the front of the property is taken at each visit to show you the exterior condition (landscaping, trash pickup ETC).
- A report is emailed same day of the visit
- All appliances are inspected & operated. We operate faucets, toilets and laundry appliances and inspect for operation and leaks
- We inspect the electrical system and replace smoke alarm batteries as needed
- We test your HVAC system, change filters and check for mold and mildew
- We test your security system and can serve as key holder and contact for your security company
- The exterior of the home is inspected for maintenance issues, damage, pest infestation, overgrown landscaping and security
- Inspect and operate pool and spa equipment
- We inspect all window & door locks, seals and integrity
- We inspect property for weather and/or storm damage
When Requested:
- We can manage service & repairs
- We will be the Homeowners Association contact in the event there is any concerns with the home
- We turn water on and off as needed
- We turn breakers on and off as needed
- Trash cans in and/or out as needed
Sign up for a package plan and receive one disaster housing inspection for free! In the event there is a hurricane or catastrophic storm we thoroughly inspect your home for storm damage immediately. We are disaster housing certified!
