Our standard home inspection service covering over 1400 systems & components of a structure revealing ‘red flags’, repairs and safety enhancements.

You will receive FREE customer support for as long as you own your home. Call anytime for anything pertaining to your home and we will help! That alone is worth thousands of dollars!

You will receive a FREE one year or 11 month warranty reminder! We remind you that your insurance / home warranty plan will be expiring and you may want to have your home inspected for key components that fall under the warranty plan you may have, that way you can get repairs done prior to the warranty expiring!

Report delivered in PDF format via email within 24 hours of inspection and often the same day of the inspection. (Hard copy delivered upon request)

Inspector will meet with clients and/or agent to explain inspection report or consultation can be performed over the phone.

90 Day warranty on mechanical & structural items.

Included with our Master home inspection package:

You will receive lifetime customer support for as long as you own your home and if you move our support will carry over to your new home, even if we do not perform the inspection on it! (new home must be your ‘homestead’.) This is a priceless benefit of working with Above All Home Inspecting!

Re-inspection of any repairs completed before your contingence deadline. We make sure your repairs are complete and done right! (includes one re-inspection)

Appliance / Mechanical Recall Check. You will receive two Recall Checks. One will be used at the time of the inspection and the other one is available for you at any time! We even allow you to share your extra one with a family member or close friend! You will receive a comprehensive report stating any recalls to your appliances and information on how to get the items repaired or replaced (often at no cost to you).

Eleven month warranty & maintenance evaluation. An inspector returns to your home prior to the expiration of your home warranty. Typically 10 – 11 months. Your home is evaluated for any red flags, maintenance items, and safety enhancements and inspects all appliances including the HVAC system. This allows you to get needed repairs done prior to the home warranty expiration and puts you, the home buyer, in control of your home and its needs.
