Our Home Warranty Inspection could potentially alert the homeowner of any costly repairs that need to be done, prior to the warranty expiration! Whether you purchased a newly constructed home or a resale home, in most cases you will receive a home warranty. That warranty will typically expire twelve months from the close of escrow. It is highly recommended to have your home evaluated for any needed repairs at the ten/ eleven month mark, prior to the warranty expiring.

Recall Check. We check all Appliance(s) / Mechanics in the home for recalls and safety issues. You will receive a comprehensive report stating any recalls to your appliances and information on how to get the items repaired or replaced (often at no cost to you).
