Hi my name is Tim Beavers at Above All Home Inspecting.

Congratulations on taking the first step in choosing an experienced, educated and professional home inspector!

At a young age I was introduced to home construction by my father and grandfather who were contractors. Beginning at 13 years old, I was spending my summers learning what I could from my father, a journeyman mason.

Through the years I have continually educated myself in the home construction and inspection field. Having the knowledge and passion to help homeowners from getting stuck with a “money pit”, I branched off of the family business in 2003. That was the beginning of Above All Home Inspecting! We are now proud to say we have a long list of more than satisfied customers!

Education is the key to being a qualified inspector. The inspection field requires continual education in order to deliver exceptional service. I take my job, working for you, very serious and realize the importance of my role in your major purchase. That is why I am a graduate from one of the top home inspection schools -Inspection Training Associates (ITA) and am a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). In addition, I make it a point to continually educate myself through various chapter meetings, conferences, in-class training and field training.
